1. Dismantle and clean

Before wrapping it is necessary to clean the bike properly and make sure there are no dust. To clean your bike properly we remove the parts and wash it properly. We also fix any minor dent or rust on your vehicle before wahing. We make sure to use cloths that are lint free and soft that will be used to clean your bike with alcohol.

2. Wrapping

Analyzing the areas of wrapping on the motorbike and roughly cutting a section of wrap sightly larger then the item being wrapped.Remove the backing and find the flattest part of the panel first and apply the vinyl with a perfect touch.

3. Heat Manipulation

We use heat manipulation technique for the material to stretch. and allow it to shrink back to its originak form due to thermal material memory.

4. Eliminating bubbles and creases

To give a finishing look it is important to make sure there are no bubbles on the wrap. We pull back the wrap and try using heat technique again to return wrap to its original form. We also pin prick the bubbles and gently heat wile pushing the air out.

5. Edges/Underside

After we completely wrap the bikewe check for the remaining areas like edges and udersides to give its a perfect finishing look.

6. Trim Edges and Heat Seal

We want our customers to be excited to see the final look of the bike hence we recheck and make sure all the edges are trimmed and placed propely.
